With so many ongoing constructions inside the Mactan Newtown, the future really looks bright. I remember seeing the Mactan Newtown Beach for the first time in May 2020, when general public could still access it and have their birthday parties etc. Now, the beach has become more exclusive and the amenities have been upgraded too which includes a lovely pool among other things.
