Hi!

My name is Arthur, and I am one of the owners of a condo unit in the Mactan Newtown. My goal is to give as much information as possible to every owner and tenant on what is happening inside the township. I will try to cover the shops, restaurants and services being offered, as well as future condo projects, it´s amenities and the latest happenings.

I have just started but I will regularly update this site as often as I can.
